Loved the convenient location near halal food spots and mrt station. breakfast spread needs improvement; mostly condiments. Rooms were comfy, but mine smelly with humidity signs. Staff friendly but got dining slot issues.

far east is so close to kampong glam – loads of independent shops and amazing local food. the staff is ultra-helpful and made sure our extended family had rooms opposite each other. plus, the air-con was quiet and worked like a dream. the hotel also provides universal power points – super handy!

The nearby Masjid Sultan and Malay Heritage Centre in Kampong Glam precinct were the main reason for choosing Far East. The facilities, including three restaurants, a lobby lounge, and a Club Lounge with great city views, were impressive.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and tidy rooms, efficient air conditioning, and a great city view from the 19th floor. the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, quickly resolving any minor issues. the ideal location near Haji Lane, the MRT station, and with various dining and shopping options made exploring Singapore easy and convenient.

Loved the quirky Club Lounge, perfect for sipping drinks on red velvet seats while admiring the city views. The Haji Lane, a so-called hangout place, was indeed charming. Great location for shopping, and the Landmark Restaurant offered a poolside dining experience. The Arab Quarter was buzzing with shops and restaurants, and I enjoyed the outdoor pool and gym. The shophouses added a touch of history. a great choice to explore or unwind. For a boutique hotel, try The Scarlet Hotel in Chinatown.

Who needs cleaner windows, faster elevators, better check-in organization, or a more modern feel to the hotel's common spaces? Not me!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that my experience was amazing! The location of this venue was unbeatable, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the service was top-notch. Not only did the staff accommodate my early check-in request, but they also arranged my shift, making my stay much more enjoyable. Lastly, the swimming pool provided a relaxing atmosphere and there were many amenities in the room including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV.

We appreciated the fast internet and comfortable bedding. Despite proximity to the elevator and fire exit, noise was not an issue. we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one night on our way to Europe and were so impressed that we cancelled our other hotel for our return. The suite was clean and comfortable with an extra toilet, perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide range of food and friendly staff. The location was great, close to Kampong Glam's eateries and the Bugis MRT stop. The staff, especially Nazirah, were incredibly supportive and helpful when we left our laptop behind.

The pool area was beautifully designed with a collection of sun-loungers, a poolside bar, and two outdoor showers, creating a serene oasis in the heart of the city.

The hotel is in such a great spot—the Bugis MRT Station is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, and so many eateries are close by.
